Unipol Student Homes

The Code Officer is available to help any student who lives in a property covered by the Unipol DASH code and is experiencing problems with their tenancy.

If you live in a property that is covered and feel that your landlord is not complying fully with the terms of the Code then the Code Officer can intervene and, if necessary, help you lodge a formal complaint.
