New to Leeds UK and Returning Students
Unipol are here to help all students so if you are new in town please feel free to come and visit us at the accommodation bureau. We will have staff on hand to offer assistance and help you secure suitable accommodation.
Individual lets available
Every year many students don't fall naturally in to groups or are returning from gap years and need to house hunt on their own. In the last couple of years this is now a lot easier because many more owners offer individual lets. Unipol also operates a rent on line service for its own properties.
The Unipol website displays single room letting in an easy to find way, you can see current availability here.
Specialist one-2-one assistance
At this time of year Unipol offers one-2-one assistance too. Staff can help you identify the type of property most suitable for you; help you arrange viewings and offer practical house hunting advice along the way. To arrange one of these sessions please contact the bureau on 0113 243 0169(1); email us or just call in.
Using the Student Noticeboard
The noticeboard facility offers you the opportunity to get in contact with students who are also house hunting, looking for more flatmates or trying to find a replacement tenant. This can be an excellent way to meet people before you attend a house hunting event or get to know your potential flatmates before signing on the dotted line.
When using this facility please remember to read the usage guidelines, be aware that messages could take up to 24 hours to appear and always check that the landlord you are signing with is a member of the Unipol Code.
