Training for Landlords

Recently Unipol Training have run a series of training modules geared at student landlords within the Nottingham and Yorkshire Area.

The subjects covered reflected what landlords have told us they need to know.  These courses were specially priced to be affordable and practical.

The standard modules were as follows:

• An Introductory Course for New Landlords Letting to Students
• What is a Tenancy? Housing Management - Knowing Your Law
• LACORS Fire Safety
• What Do Students Want?
• Hazard Management
• The Student Lifecycle: Managing Tenancies at the Beginning, in the Middle and at the End
