Registration packs willl be sent out to Unipol registered owners in early November 2009. If you are not currently registered with Unipol why not contact us today for an information pack.
For the 2010/11 Registration year there will be two advertising periods:
- 16th January 2010 - 30th June 2010
- 1st July 2010 - 31st December 2010
Advertising and Membership Fees
When you advertise with Unipol you also become a member of Unipol. Being a member of Unipol brings lots of advantages and access to information not available to non-members. As a member you will be able to view important market information, receive a quarterly newsletter, use the online system, generate free contracts using our tenancy generator tool and partake in training events. If you are also a member of the Unipol Code you will be invited to regular briefings on the student market; you will be eligible to advertise in the Unipol tabloid and will be able to use the Unipol and TDS Deposit Protection Scheme, where you can protect deposits for as little as £14 + VAT per tenancy.
You could be eligible for a discount off your advertising costs if you are a registered Member of the Unipol Code (10% discount). Furthermore if you are a member of the LPA and/or the RLA you will be eligible to an additional 10% discount.
Membership only
If you do not need to advertise this year but still want keep in touch with this rapidly changing student market why not just become a member? Contact us now for information.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: For the 2010 year owners will become members until 31st December 2010, regardless of whether they advertise in both advertising periods.
Register On-Line
This allows you to:
Manage your property portfolio advertising on-line.
Set up your own personal property photo album to include in your adverts.
To use this area you must first Register. Your adverts will not be shown on the site until you have paid (by post, telephone or in person).
Log in to Netlet
If you have already registered, Log In to administer your account.
The owners' online system now supports Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or 7, Firefox and Safari (3 or later) Browsers (including on Apple Mac computers) and also allows access to the tenancy generator.
Register by Post
This area is supervised by Leeds - Unipol Student Homes and you can send your property details to the office for them to administer on your behalf.
