Large Developments - Rent comparisons

Unipol has undertaken an exercise to enable weekly rents to be compared between different suppliers, taking in to account energy costs, length of let, web access and other ancillary charges.

The chart you will see will show the weekly rent of buildings in order of cost.  An off street property average rent level has also been included for comparative purposes.

Assumptions

Energy - in properties where internet is not inclusive a £6 energy cost has been added

Internet - in properties where the internet is not inclusive, an annual charge of £138 has been added
